Our Story

When Senior Care Pharmacy first opened in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, in 1981, the business plan was to provide pharmacy and consulting services to affiliated facilities. Shortly thereafter, it became obvious that these services were needed by other skilled and assisted living facilities.

With Senior Care Pharmacy being owned by skilled and post-acute care owners, our mission of caring and compassion will always be a part of every decision we make.

Because of our track record of outstanding customer service and quality services, Senior Care Pharmacy currently services over 7500 residents. We are proud that many of our customers have looked to us as their pharmacy partners for many years.

As Senior Care Pharmacy continues to grow, we are always reminded of the reason we started our business which is ‘to take care of our residents'. We are proud to be associated with a wonderful group of caring people in this industry, including our team members who work hard each day to get our customers the right medication at the right time at the right price.
